Why fit matters so much
A flange that’s too large or too small can cause pain, reduce milk output, and even affect supply over time. The right fit lets your nipple move freely, drains the breast more effectively, and makes each session shorter and more comfortable.
Good to know: flange sizing is based on your nipple diameter, not breast size, and it can change over the course of your feeding journey. A quick reassessment now and then is completely normal.
